I am in an English group and I am having issues finding cases of Child abuse cases during the Civil Rights Moving. Any help?

Neonate abuse didn't exist until after the civil rights movement nobody knew what lady abuse was during that time.

Why are some cases tried in federal court while others are tried in state court?

Here's what I fancy to know. If a drug company sells a drug for say antiarthritic pain and it causes all these problems like extermination and major cardiovascular side effects, why would some of the cases be tried in state court and some be tried in federal court?

Federal Courts are for issues involving Federal Law.

Delineate Courts are for issues involving State Law.

p(x) = 150x - x^2 this is a parabola inauguration downward since the coefficient of x^2 is -1.

ax^2 + bx + c is the general form ao a parabols so
here we have
a = -1
b = 150
Now to find the vertex (turning consideration) we us x = -b/2a so
x = -150/(2(-1)) hence x = 75.

Now to find how many pies we put x = 75 back into the equation giving us p(x) = 150*75 - (75)^2 = 11250 - 5625
= 5625 pies.
