Which cell phone service provider in USA is free for answer an incoming call from the country outside the US?

I heard from one of my pal in USA that they have to pay for the incoming call when they answered the phone which calling from the country outside the US. Due to I'm coming to stand in US for a year and I would like to get a cell phone for my family to call me. So I wanna know which cell provider is free for retort an international call outside the US.Please kindly help me to figure this out.

OK. Whichever aim or cell phone company you get you get an amount of minutes like (600) for a certain amount a month. Well During Peaktimes you use those minutes when u Greet the call obviously when you MAKE the call. When you're during Peaktime (during the day) and receiving an INTERNATIONAL call, you just use your minutes nothing surplus is charged to you. THe GOOD thing tho is that after 9PM weekdays and during the weekend, its FREE either when you MAKE a call or Come by a call (when YOU MAKE the international call you will pay extra because you're calling internationally). THis is called also Unlimited Nights and Weekend minutes. SO they can call you at gloom or the weekend for as long as you want!!!! (All plan have this so each plan you get you'll get this )

Receiving Worldwide Call
During Day : Example 6 AM to 9PM
Minutes are used only (no extra charges)

At Night and Weekends
Relaxed (not minutes are used)
(This also applies for national/local calls)

Making Worldwide Calls
During Day:
Minutes plus International Long Distance Charges (depending by cell phone assembly)

At Night /' Weekends
FREE PLUS International Long Stiffness charges

What should i do if my cell phone keeps messing up and they didnt do anything when i went to the cell provider

I have a Motorola phone. I will never buy another one, i done up like $200 and i got it like last dec. so it hasent even been a year since i got it. When poeple try to call my it doesnt tintinnabulation or so they have to call back like 3 times for it to ever ring or say i have a call or anything. Also when i get a text message the song used to depart from playing when i checked the message now even when i have the message opened it wont quit playing it even if i disallow the phone, it stops playing when its the end of the song. Its so annoying. Ive taken care of my phone i havent dropped it or gotten it wet. I took it to my cell provider and all the chain did was take the battery out and put it right back in. And its still doing it. I cannot afford another phone. Any ideas on what i can do or what they might do if i go back up there again? Anyone had this problem and what did they do for you?

if its under a year old its got a assurance you said it doesnt have water of physical damage then its covered. just call to character service. tell them whats going on depending on your cell provider they should send you a phone out as replacement u reasonable have 2 send your old one back. screw the store they dont know a damn thing!!!!!

I have Motorola cell phone and I have all my phones and addresses there. I would like to keep this phone. My reported provider has no connection inside my house and I'm planning to change this provider.

When signing up for a new blueprint there should be an option to keep the same number. You can go to the service provider store you want to sign up for too.Ask to keep the same number & you paucity to sign up with their service. You aren't supposed to terminate the old account when porting over the total.

Walmart has been beta testing their incompatible Spruce up Talk no-crease wireless amenities for months, but now the retailer will offer two low-expenditure wireless plans nationwide starting October 18th, including an extensive layout for perfectly $45.

The first offers 1,000 minutes, 1,000 texts and 30MB of statistics for $30. That seems alright, but for $45, you get endless anytime minutes, endless texts and unrestricted observations.
