where can i get a free cell phone plan with bad credit?

i in need of a plan with no deposit and a free cell phone, i have bad credit. i went to tmobile but i want to change there plan of 30 is to spaced out for me.
thanks everybody for your help, but i know i can get a phone for free with no down deposit, i did it with tmobile. but is tmobile the only people that do that
tmobile and sprint are about the only 2 that are that laxed on deposits and honour....but with verizon and at&t they are way more strict with the credit. and tmobile is the cheapest around so finding something cheaper than tmobile is very skint. so if 30 is to high for u then ur basically s.o.l because all the others are double that.

Is downloading games free, If my cell phone plan has unlimtied internet access?

I have at&t and my cell phone plan has limitless internet access. I was wondering if downloading free games would add any extra costs to my bill.
As crave as you have an unlimited data plan with your cell phone provider, you can download as many programs for your phone as you would like without an added set someone back to you as long as the programs / games are free. Some games you have to pay for and some are completely free. If you have a Blackberry Cell Phone, I would check out Blackberry App Exactly (link below), or if you have an Iphone I would check out the App Store (link below). They are both great resources for verdict games to either your Iphone or Blackberry Cell Phone and they also have a good number of free games on there.

Cheapest cell phone plan with free incoming calls?

I'm looking for an el-cheapo (but reasonably sure) cell phone plan, very preferably one with free incoming calls. I would most likely be making less than 500 minutes' of cordial calls a month. The ability to receive text messages would be nice but beyond that I exceedingly don't need much in the way of functionality (camera phone, MP3 player, etc.). Most of the calls would be daytime too, so free nights/weekends is no biggie for me. (But I'll take it if it's there!)
If it makes any peculiarity, I'm in the Champaign-Urbana area in central Illinois, 217 area unwritten law', and that is where most of the calling would occur. So, can anyone recommend a decent cell phone plan with minimal cost?
Nextel had a free entering call plan for about $30 until they merged with Sprint. Not Sprint and Nextel have free incoming minutes, but the rate just shot up $10 for the same 300 anytime minutes and you have to sign a two year settlement. That being said, since there are two providers to chose from, you have more choices in phones.
