do GSM phones have solid cameras? and since u can change the SIM card, can the SIM card be from Telcel(in Mexico)? over all do u think they are fair quality?
I have T-Quick service which is GSM and I'm happy with it. T-Mobile has international service so you should be able to get service in Mexico. You should have an internationally creation band phone though since a lot of other countries outside the U.S. use the 1800MHZ band. I recommended the website below to you earlier for "room phone info" link. This is really your best bet! Any phone can be against for GSM or CDMA service. It just depends on the frequency chip used in the phone. I like motorola Phones except for the RAZR because it is too brittle and easily broken if you dropped it. My favourite compact phone for rugged dependabilty is the Motorola V-188, but it doesn't have a camera! This is why I recommended the website below, see?

I have a tmobile account with a sidekick and i miss to get an unlocked gsm phone through a 3rd party retailer. Would my bill be affected or continue to stay the same. I have immense texting,nights,weekends and email. Will tmobile be able to tell I switched phones?
T-unfixed can tell the model of your phone. Everytime I change sim cards they can tell what phone I have.

Distinctly from ebay, what are some good places to buy unactivated (means with no contract) GSM phones? I am seriously looking for a website or something. pls have occasion for info!
My favorite location is ImportGSM, but Amazon is a great site and so is Expansys. All three sell unlocked (without-compress) GSM phones. Amazon's prices are probably the best followed by ImportGSM's. They have high prices for new phones, but they bear down on down in price pretty quickly.
