How much extra does it cost to buy a new cell phone with US Cellular during contract?

My widely known phone is really old and I am in need of a new phone as soon as possible. I know it is cheapest to buy a new phone when it is time to revamp your contract but I cannot wait until then. I want to know if instant savings, rebates, etc still use when you purchase a new phone with US Cellular while your still under contract. Do they charge a special fee to get a new phone while under contract?

Well in fact i work for us cellular so i can tell you this.....
-you become eligible for a new phone 18 months after your 24 month get
-rebates/discounts do not apply if your not signing a new contract
-the price w/out a contract would be full retail guerdon
-depending on the store some do have used phones at a cheaper price
-and if your close to your elig epoch a early upgrade may be available or an offer to buy out the rest of the current contract at a lesser evaluation may be offered so you can get the new phone at a discounted price
-just call 611 from your cell phone...remember it never hurts to ask

The new law that talking on the cellular phone while driving is not allowed, will this apply to the passenger?

Will tthis law suit to the passengers in the car or only to the driver? I think it is only for the driver of the car but I 'd like to make sure.
I am guilt-ridden for the misspelling word "tthis", the preview was skipped to submit and it didn't let me polish this message.

The law will stage that driving ... not riding in a moving motor vehicle ... and using your cellular gimmick will be not allowed You just know that police will be exempt from that law. They do it all the time.

How costly would it be to get a new phone from US Cellular, but not a new plan?

I got a new phone/2 year arrangement renewel in March 09'. I want a different phone, but would that cost me alot at US Cellular to get one?

Yes, it would expense a lot. You would have to pay the full retail cost of the phone. The only deals you get on sell phones is when you renew a contract. I hated the phone I got with US Cellular and paid well over $200 to get a unconventional one because I was in contract. They do have a 30 day return policy, so next time if you don't like your phone you can take it back.

This one unite came into my compartment and I heard the old man say to his helpmeet....while looking at one of my unnatural pieces....... "wow that must in reality be old". He turned around and asked me how old it was............ a smidgen silent founded I said "Awwww... two months" I then told him it was a copying, newly made by my soften and I painted it to look old! He was shocked and said I did a good-hearted job! LOL He was referring to the virginal one hanging here.
