It was stolen along with my State ID

the phone had pictures of my dad, sisters, and me. It was stolen about 1 month ago. We've been getting these harrasing phone calls, very unfit almost it seemed after that. I wanted to help locate it as soon as it was stolen from Beaverton Goodwill on Griffith Compel out of a stall. My purse was stolen too.
My dad cancelled the plan, but someone has been writting us now. The call back number to their party (the harrasser) is:

Its text messaging they're using to contact us. We don't know this person at all. He could be of African American or of American descent, and girlish from how the messaging is typed. He could be typing them for someone else, but something makes me suspicous. He sent a message around 6:45pm earlier, and it said:
DONT Disparage ME NO MORE CUZ YOU GOT ME N TROUBLE
He reported it earlier before receiving that message. I called the number and it has the same expression answering system like my dads replaced phone (and same answering system of the one stolen). I recognize its our phone this guy has... Can or will anyone help me? Please? Thank you very much! : )
