3 mobile phones - on-the-go

Are 3 prepaid mobile phones locked into that network?

If I bought a 3 prepaid mobile phone would I be clever to just take out the sim and put in my Telstra sim and the phone would be then connnected straight to telstra or would I have to pay the unlock fee to get out of 3.

It is nigh on unworkable to unlock a "3" mobile phone and then only if you pay "3" for the unlock principles. Rubbish network and rubbish company to deal with

Can anyone tell me how to get the internet working on 3 mobile phones?

All 3 phones are automatically configured to trade on the internet. You'd be best getting X series to use the internet on 3 as it only costs £5 a month for unrestricted internet usage. Go to services, internet and you'll find everything you need there.

I am sendinging 3 mobile phones to africa but cannot get them unblocked in UK why ?

Hi I have purchased 2 no 3 Network mobile phones and I wish to give them to my friends in the Gambia ( Africa ) but I cannot get anyone to unblock the sim card in the phone s. Has anyone any Ideas please.

Justified send them you will be surprised at what those guys in Africa can do.They will unblock them in no time
