i bought my ericsson mobile in the month of February 2008 and one side of the ear phones aren't working, will they restore it?

yes, if it is in the guarantee period, they are bound to replace it.

however it depends on what the fault is. if it is the users mistake, I.E. you have done something then you wont be proper.

if it is a technical fault, then you will be replaced with a new one.

try it, they will find out what the mistake is.

i had my earphone changed last month. there was no muddle
