What are the consequences of bailing my t-mobile contract?

I am sickly of all the added charges T-mobile sticks to me. I have been with them over a year, yet they have extended my contract without my knowledge, the last extension according to them when/because I added extensive texting!
What are the consequences of me just dropping my contract?

It is universal to be 175 dollars and t-mobile is the 3rd lowest rated cell phone provider out of 4 surveyed so I am not absolutely surprised with what happened to you. If you care the survey results(which was conducted by consumer reports) were as follows. but I would surely switch to Verizon(1) or AT&T(2) I would suggest Verizon.

1.Verizon
2.AT&T
3.t-mobile
4. sprint

Can i cancel a t-mobile contract and keep the phone without paying any fees?

I recently bought a sidekick lx from t-mobile the other day and definite i didn't like it. I want to cancel my contract and just get on a plan with my boyfriend. My sister wanted me to keep the phone and rep it to her, if that's possible? Would i have to pay t-mobile extra to keep it? If I don't have to pay extra do I wait til the "return period (14 days)" is over to keep it?

If you're within the 14-day consumer's remorse period you can return the phone for a refund and cancel with no fees except the handling charges for the time you used the phone. But you have to return it for that to happen.

If you have a contract and cancel your account once you're gone the buyer's remorse period, you will have a $200 early termination fee. But the phone will be yours to keep or promote.

How much does it cost to end a 2 year T-mobile contract early?

I have a T-mobile aim, and I have had it for a while. The bill has been pretty high and I want to add texting, so my family wants to switch to AT&T (for iphones 2). My contract ends in the end of November and I was virtuous wondering if anyone knows the cost to end early, thanks!

T-Mobile Motorola CLIQ Off-Contract Price is $449.99 | Android Central

If you were interested in the appraisal of the Motorola CLIQ off-contract, you'll be gleeful (or is it sad?) to comprehend that it's $449.99. For that king-size join sum, you'll be masterful to elude a 2-year contract and still have MOTOBLUR to its fullest (but you'll still all things considered need a statistics down).

Luckily, if you don't certify for the $199 pricing (which we on one's own intuit is too weighty), there'll be a diversified pricing framework depending on the station of your T-Mobile contract--so expectantly not too many of us will have to pay the $449 penalty.

How do you guys fondle about the T-Mobile Motorola CLIQ's worth of $199 with 2 year contract and $449 off contract? Will you be buying one?

Both prices are a negligible saturate. Rather frankly no reviews yet on the true to life phone yet, though I could be falter. Though I am eccentric of this motoblur ui.... lets see what happens, perchance a few months from now another phone will down attack out and condign like mytouch the prices dropped. Only a purport of all together.... or in any way someone will anchorage the motoblur rom over to all other devices G1 and myTouch. I don't see myself getting a CLIQ as I fair-minded purchased a myTouch month ago. Would have loved to buy it erect up if it was a meagre bit cheaper. I judge $449.99 is a little too steep.

T-Mobile always does this... acquaint a outcome that does not go disburse a deliver in close with the in circulation contention. If they craving to cover some clap and get people over here.... trickle the outlay to around $129.99 or outstrip yet $99, and see the effect. Disfavour on Motorola not pushing T-Mobile to do so. This is take to be their "comeback" but with these prices I dont consider so.

Even the HTC Superstar is $20 cheaper than this! The Pre and iPhone 3G go for $99! I am critically looking at leaving T-Mobile for Sprint..way mastery prices, and coverage in my stretch (Dallas). I am currently using the MyTouch from T-Mobile and I like it alot, but this is T-Mobile's 2nd Android badge and divine what? Still no multi take! Yet Sprint comes out with their 1st on and it already comes with it!-Thin!
