Better to by used mobile home and land with existing utilities or buy new with land but need to get utilities?

An older mobile native already has site work, utility and sewer hook-ups, but may need major updating. A new trailer does not miss fixing, but the land needs to be purchased, site work needs to be done and utilities necessity to be hooked up. Really not interested in leasing the land or the mobile home. Looking to do this the most conservative and cheapest way possible, money is very tight, and the mobile homes seem very affordable.
You are outdo off buying the location with the existing trailer on it , all other things being equal, the cost of providing those services to another situation could equal the cost of a good condition newer trailer. You could either replace the trailer at a later convenience life for not a huge amount (Double check the zoning and planning board rules on this) or you could use it as a structure site for a moduler or stick built home as well.

Cannot sign in to the new yahoo mobile mail from my windows 6 mobile phone?

A few days ago Yahoo Mobile post began redirecting to the new look yahoo mobile mail. Since then I've been unable to sign in to it - I get the login conceal asking for the yahoo id and password, I put them in and hit the sign in button and it just reloads the login shelter.
My phone is an o2 orbit - aka HTC Artemis, running windows mobile 6.
Any suggestions?
