Just now call Virgin mobile & they will be able to change you over to the tarrif (Poss credit check first) You won't have to replace with sim or phone no. I changed from PAYG to contract with same sim, phone no & phone.

Texts get 10 cents to send/recieve. The money is taken out of your account balence. I over web costs $1/day for unlimited use but i'm not sure.
