We skilled in that Meboy is used to play gameboy games on Sony Eriksson phones. Is it achievable too to play nintendo ds games on Sony Eriksson (SE) ?

Since Meboy is for gameboy roms, I figured that it could not amusement nds roms. Is it true? If not so then what kind of emulator that can be used to play nds roms on SE mobile phones and where can I download it?

No, you can't. You beggary a real actual NDS or a NDS emulator.

I have a sony ericsson mobile phone of miniature w810i. I have bluetooth connection with pc. I also have usb connection. Is there any software to use its camera as webcam?

I scepticism it. Using a cell phone camera as a web cam isn't a very good idea. Too slow. It would take forever for the duplicate to update on the other end.
