how do you unlock an alcatel mobile phone?

i have an old alcatel mobile phone and wanted to give it away but the sim does not line with other networks and somebody at work told me it is now possible to unlock alcatel mobile phones? can anyone counsel an unlocking service?

The Batterie has a Sticker on it that says..
S27113A1389C also 3ds08832abaa in faded ingraved verse

Think it maybe a a Alcatel 535 after doing a searh on Google But not 100% certin yet

I don't have the Box or Manuals for it anymore

what the fuck is alcatel?

i have an alcatel OT-C710 and was unsatisfactory to unlock it to any network (im going from orange to t-mobile) when i put the t-mobile sim into my alcatel it asks for a network pin which i dont be aware what it is (would i need to contact the network provider or what?? i dont know.

if possible i dont have a yen for to download anything.
