if i have a contract phone (18 months) and only had it for 11 and be deficient in to end it... what would it cost and what would i have to do

but the thing is the service is so crap i dont get any texts through, no signal approximately anywhere. and when they do go through the people i send them to dont get them till the day after! its a nightmare

you will still have to pay extant contract 7 months at £15 may as well just run with it and change after

Can I order another mobile phone on the same contract that I ordered the original phone on?

I've valid ordered a Sony Ericcson W910i free on £25/month Orange contract. Stupidly I didn't present reviews made by actual users, and I have found out that it is actually a terrible phone. Now I would like to get another one or replace it, because it is a let out with contract phone would it just be easier to order another phone for free, or would I have to take it to an Orange shop to replace/offer it?

The law states that you have 7 days to recurrence products purchased through distance selling ie internet, post, fax or telephone. So you will have no problems unless you have been using the phone. They are not bound to accept back if you have but most will. If they do kick up a fuss then just explain you are only using your statutory rights.

I am maddening to save money and feel a contract phone instead of landline would be cheaper if i got the right act.

I don't over you will, they need to be able to pin you down should you default on payments, hence they do a credit check when you apply
