I can download free ring-tones to the samsung rogue but I don't be familiar with how to make it a ring-tone because it doesn't give me a choice. Please help me with steps or something.

I merely got my new phone, and I was wondering if you guys know of a site I could use to get good free ring tones.
I don't want viruses on my computer from thriving to the site,
and I don't want to be charged for anything.

I have the LG Spoon gouge out and i tried to record a song and set it as ring tone but it didn't work. I don't want to waist legal tender on buying songs when i already have them on my i-pod. Does anyone know where or how to get free ring tones onto your cell phone?
