How to get programs from memory card onto my windows mobile phone again?

I had to do a tough reset on my windows mobile 6.1 phone. I took out my memory card before, and put it in after. How can I retrieve my programs from my tribute card and use them on my phone afterwards?

You will only be competent to recover programs on your memory card if you kept the installer package on the birthday card itself. For the Windows Mobile platform, most installer packages are labelled as '.cab" files.
Go to Start-->Programs-->Place in order Explorer and navigate to "Storage Card". From there, find your .cab installer files and run them. They should induct the application back to the device.

how do i place programs in my Windows Mobile 6 phone, i have installed activesync 4.5 but at the Add/Remove programs button there is no initiate feature, i can only remove programs from there!
i also want to install some palm (pdb file make-up) programs any1 got any idea?

You have 2 ways. If the installer is in exe order, you run it from the PC and it will sync to your mobile when you plug in your mobile.

If the installer is in CAB format, you just copy the cab file to your mobile phone and run it from there.

Its rare to see a big tech purlieus admit the benevolent in Windows Mobile, but today Gizmodo did unprejudiced that.

Listing 6 items they found uncommonly compelling, Gizmodo notes the browser pick on Windows Mobile is unsurpassed, the machinery can be wonderful, a large strain of narcotic addict interfaces are without even trying installed, the desire comes with tethering from the get go, the OS is bloody hackable and lastly, the use system is wholly unenclosed, with no admissions keepers.

Strangely enough these features are faithfully what I like about Windows Mobile, and these features are qualified to fragments while other annoying niggles are removed.

Repentant Foamy, while I approve of that the HD2 is what we've been poor from HTC for too hunger now. Nothing Giz said had anything to do with the HD2….

Everything they said has applied to reasonable about every one of the more slick winmo phones produced since the iphone came along. I mark it has more to do wtih MS's effort to rebrand winmo with 6.5 and HTC and other OEMs attempts to get magnificent headsets and tawdry UIs that detract from the antiquity of winmo.

I infer from both engadget and giz and it's finally more much in evidence on engadget. they acclimatized to talk so much crap about winmo but then the HD2 came along and they loved it. since then i haven't seen any articles so clearly anti winmo. This article may not be about the HD2 but it's part of a bent which started with the first hands on videos of the HD2 and was then built on by 6.5. It may have something to do with them spending some more once in a while with 6.5 and verdict that it's literally not bad. i demand the new touchflo has also had some repercussions.

So yeah i was very likely mistreat about it being merely from the HD2 but i still over it's had a big import.
