Is it possible to install Microsoft Access on mobile phones running Microsoft Windows Mobile 6?

Before I over buying such a device such as Toshiba G810, I would like to know if they run Microsoft Access, and does it result as a be revealed pre-installed?
If it doesn't come installed, does it require a specific MOBILE variant of MS Access, or does it accept a regular MS Access?

I hunger for to use my first language (Amharic) in a PDA. is there any possible way that i can manage it?? b/c my language has got its own fonts. there is an petition made to use those created fonts on a desktop windows operating system.

You may be skilled to download language packs for it, but connect it to your computer, go into the fonts section on your PC and copy them across into the fonts sample on your PDA

That way you can have fonts on your PDA that weren't there previously. I have many custom fonts on my laptop, and I'm assuming it would be the same on a PDA
