Is this a realistic offer for my mom's 97 mobile home?

I asked a mobile tellingly business to appraise my mom's mobile home. He said it was in excellent condition.The appraised value he gave me was 12500. He gave me an put up for sale of 9500. With his moving costs and paying the rent on the lot of 140.00 from January til Existence. Do you think that all adds up to a good sell on my half?

But our Battery valid register 2012.wat may be problem.If it is a battery can we claim.
if no lights or power could be a scattered about battery cable if not that battery is dead.take back too where you bought for replacement.should still be under warranty,,

whats the entice how come t-mobile g1 at wal mart is only 97.00$? i have a plan and everything so how much would it be then?i had broken my phone so i just fancy to buy a new one and i was looking at the g1 so how much would it cost if i wanted to buy a new one even though i already have a plan?
When you look at the tag at walmart there are several varied prices listed for one phone. There is a contract price and a no contract price. 97.00 is with a two year accommodation agreement. Check to see if your nearing the end of you contract. If you are close and could handle a crappy phone for a while you can put your sim show-card in a cheap prepaid phone and still use your contract till it was up and get the 97.00 upgrade mete out.
