Whats the difference between Airborne, Air assualt, and Air Mobile formations?

Whats the differnece, the 82nd is the only Airborne the army has pink, the 101 is now Air Assualt, and we havent used Air mobile since Vietnam.

Airborne- are Paratroopers, they use parachutes to clash into the battlefield. (82nd Airborne Div, 173rd Airborne BDE, and 4th BDE 25th ID are all Airborne)

Air Assault- Has the Adeptness to repel out of the helicopter in areas where the Helicopter could not land. (101st Airborne, 2nd BDE 34th ID "Patriotic Guard")

Air Mobile- These units have the ability to be moved by helicopters but they only exit the helicopter when it has landed (no accessory training that Air Assault has)

Air Mobile is used in Iraq we do not have specified units but the operations insist a soldier to sit in a helicopter and get out when it lands, I think they can pull that off.

My mobile home central air unit is not working/no air flow through the vents in my mobile home.?

I have a pre-eminent air conditioner unit outside my mobile home. It is run on a different thermostat than my furnace. Today I could not believe any air coming through the vents in the mobile home but the fan was still going on the unit outside. I shut off the item today and went to work. I asked my son about 5 hours later if the house was imperturbable. He said he turned it back on and it was working ok and it was cool in there. By the time I got home, the fan was still running on the air conditioner but no air was coming out of the vents in the establishment. What could this be? It was working fine until this morning. I do have an old unit. I bought the house last year but this mobile nursing home has been here for about 20 years.
how do i get to the coil? How do I take the box around it off...

If shutting the entity off a while, then turn it back on and it works for a while, You most likely have a low charge. That will cause the evaporator coil to harden and prohibit the air flow. You definately need an HVAC tech. (Unless you have an HVAC certification, which I'm assuming you don't.)

are there any units in the sea corps that go into battle by choppers?

and since im asking this question, might as well ask another related one

after boot faction and schooling to qualify for weapons and such, are u assigned to a unit?

and at that..are there names or seperate groups in units? such as:

amphibious conveyance assault
ground assault
air mobile assault

that kinda stuff?

IF there are, how would u go about being assigned to one? do you even have the selection to applying to what unit you want to be in?

In the Detachment they call it vertical envelopment and they do quite a bit of it. Mostly infantry units as you can imagine. An MEU(SOC) will do plenty of helo ops, from the carry to the beach probably a little helocasting and maybe some parachute jumps depending on the section involved. Bet a few Marines will give their experiences soon enough.
