Is An 8gb Memory Card Excessive For Storing Windows Mobile Apps?

I have windows mobile 6 and I lust after to get some apps but I am not sure how much space they take up. I have been looking at 4gb and 8gb micro SD cards. Would 4 gb be just fine or should I go for 8?
Does MySpace have mobile apps if so, what's the best that works with any phone?

I'm interested in installing mobile banking apps on my blackberry to access my bank accounts, but I'm active with security.
It's about as sheltered as doing banking on your computer. Maybe even more so, because if your computer is infected with malware or a virus, your data could still be stolen even if the appropriateness to the bank is secure.
