City number portability - prepay to prepay okay, postpay to postpay okay, and prepay to postpay if same drayman usually okay. As long as it is still a local call from the prefix that the new carrier uses you should be superior. Ask your local store at the new carrier to help you and make sure you use most but not all of your minutes first. You don't prerequisite to lose 30.00 worth of airtime just to do the switch.

What does "change in responsibility" mean; T-mobile uses this term?
May 28, 2009 by garnergma6 | Posted in Cell Phones & Plans
I left-hand my son-in-law's business plan with t-mobile (change in responsibility) before his business folded. I continued to pay my portion online. T-mobile will not emancipate my phone number because of my son-in-law' s outstanding balance. Because of my bad credit; t-mobile's options I am unable to have uncontrolled in/out calls, internet, and text. I have the blackberry pearl flip phone. What can I do with no expect to utilize a very nice phone?
Change in responsiblity for Phone Cantracts mainly mean a change of the account holder. For instance, when I was younger, I had bad credit. So in order for them to give me a phone I had to put a $300 drop. So I had my dad open an account for me. After a while, I was responsible enough that I wanted the contract under my own name. I had to do a "change in responsibility" in well-organized to have my own account.
Usually both parties have to be there to perform a change in responsibility. Hope that helps.

Does WiMax change the way people use mobile communication?
It won't select voice calls at all. It's basically a way to improve the speed of data transmissions through a apartment phone. Think of it as wifi on steroids, but specifically for mobile, not laptops.
