How can I disable mobile alerts being sent to my phone?

I started getting hosts updates for a college football team, which is fine. But now when I go to my "mobile alerts" to disable it, the active doesn't show up in the list so I can't disable it. Thus I'm getting 50 text messages every Saturday without anyway to stop it. Have any ideas?

Try replying to the communiqu and just texting the word STOP. Some of those places like that tell you even-handed to that.

My confrere takes my phone and go on the internet when i do not have a data plan.

I shortage to get a new mobile phone but the choices are very limited on those that do not have a camera. Is there any way at all to disable the camera on any of the mobile phones out there that do have one? My job does not consent to an employee to bring a camera on the premises, although you can bring your mobile phone. Thanks!

As I mentioned in my problem, the choices are very limited with my carrier and I DON'T like the 3 that they do have. I would prefer to get a LG Chocolate or Motorola Krazr.

The Sony Ericsson W950i is a somewhat neat way to go. It's one of the latest phones out, and has lots of features - for the music and business owner alike. The best thing is it's great for you because it's one of the the few phones that doesn't sport a camera at all. It's a bit valuable, but a good choice in your situation. The 4 gig memory isn't a bad investment either ;) .
