How to uplod a html file to web?

http://wen.ru is a wap position for mobile.but can not open this page by any web browser.and i don't know how to upload a HTML file to this locality.any1 can tell me plz

If it is a wap situate you need to use wml or xhtml.

Installing Itunes Problem?

I have attempted to download Itunes several times. The total process seems to go through, but at the very end I get an message.

How do i fix this to be expert to install Itunes?
