Not grooming, fair washing. I was thinking about doing this and wondered what equipment would be needed and how a mobile grooming trailer works as far as plumbing, vibrations, etc. If anyone has any experiences with this or any info, please share. Thanks.
The plumbing would line much as it does in a RV. You would need a large sink and sprayer hoses and a place to tie them to while bathing and enough elbow-room to either kennel them or blow dry them.

Did I pay sales tax on the acquisition of a new mobile home in south carolina in 1996? where can i find the sales tax info? the info i had was destroyed in a fire, the manufactorer has since closed....1996 Composite mobile home
Am meddlesome as to why you need this info. You cannot go back and amend a federal return for more than the last three years. If you are amortorizing the sales tax, the amount would be on your old tax returns. You indubitably did pay a sales tax. Do you have the original registration for the mobile home? They usually include sales tax paid when you catalogue it for the first time. (Kinda like a car's Tax-title-licence charges). So my first guesstimate advice would be to contact your state's version of the DMV.

The first 35% of the selling value of a manufactured home is exempt from sales and use tax.
