No, unless you're phone allows you to track record a something and set that as your ringtone than this is impossible. Any site or person who claims otherwise is trying to scam you. It's not reachable if you can't record something and change it to a ringtone, which is becoming less and less common all the time.

I dire a music player which is hopefully under $200 or something decent, can support several music format types or realize the music I have easy to play or convert, has a cheap or internal format , good playlist tolerate, ability to be used while exercsing or runing (or at least not get in the way) and above all have a good battery life. Also being accomplished to be in multiple colors would be nice.
