Is it tenable to find mobile number of people in india as one can get the landline number from a telephone directory?

Actually this is not at all allowed to find some one's Mobile Number from mobile Companies.
Reason behind this

" Soap-Bubble Plans " are offered by Companies.Means In the Morning you will get Strange Calling value and Validity in noon you will get different and evening the different.
And at 11:59 PM some Mobile Fellowship will ask you to get Recharge worth double the calling value.

Thats why the Customer Get Airtell to relience relience to BSNL BSNL to TATA TATA to Apprehension. like a football in the stadium

Finally the output will be not stayble customer. How the provider can make a case for the Directory of Lacks of Customer that will be no longer available after the End of plan.

Second Sanity is How Can one Share his mobile Number to any any unknown user. Consider the Security reason.

Thats why without hesitating now no availability of such directory.
But if you need more info Better you should Get information from Service Provider like Airtell/TATA/Relience/BSNL

I am successful to migrate to Australia, but before that I am planning going to Perth for a few days and return to my present country.

During this travel, can I get a valid mobile number in Australia and use it ? How long does it take to have a mobile number? Where can I get it?
more specifically, in Perth, where should I go to get this ? some shopping center, mall, co-op give credence to?

you can buy a sim carte de visite from a lot of places..... they are sold at post offices, mobile phone shops, some newsagents and even some supermarkets.... you will have need of to get a pre-paid sim card and this will cost you $30 and give you $30 worth of calls.... it is mellifluous easy to set up (a 5-10 minute phone call) and should work within the hour that you set it up... principled make sure that your phone from your original country takes the same sim card and you should be skilful... easy as!!

How do I change my mobile number is my provider is not listed?

I already have a mobile number in my intermediary but recently change my number. When I click the "Edit Mobile Device" in "Preferences" it directed me to universal yahoo users where my mobile provider is not listed. as well as my phone model.
I have searched yahoo answers for my inquest but they all answer were to perform Edit Mobile Device on Preferences.
I've been trying for a month now but any of the Providers for our boonies is not listed.
I'm from the Philippines and my mobile provider is GlobeTelecoms (PH).
I hope someone can help me.
