I search a OCR-Software with which I can transmute the text in a photo that I did, in a text. Like Abbyy Finereader for PC.

If you have OCR software for your PC, a moment ago upload the photo to the PC.

is it by OCJ? or OCR?
its a broadside that gives a warning to students about the consequences if caught cheating etc etc.

i really desideratum to know who heads that poster?

The placard is from the JCQ - The Joint Council for Qualifications. It applies to all exam boards.

Perchance, this copy was the feeling for WordSnap: I wanted to look up “inimical” but I was too indolent to class. If you looked at the animation carefully, you might have noticed that at some consideration, at least the dialogue of interest (”inimical”) is correctly binarized in this fill someone in.  However, if the lighting gradient were steeper, this would not be on.
