i have found some mobile phone contest torrents but don't know ohow to save them on my phone. Please HELP!!!!

if the files are in tide format, you need to download the actual java game using a program called bitTorrent.

then once you have the java files, bring them to your phone with a USB cable using your phone's software. if you dont have it installed or lost the cd, you can download it from the sony erricson website.
