I be to work at Bestbuy or T-mobile as a cell phone sales rep and I would like to know what their quotas are and what is it like working in these places.

the proportion, or "goals" are based on what the company at that store did last year and they collect it to get atleast a 10% increase year over year so its hard to say what the exact ideal will be every month cause it changes.

next spell you get a sales call, ask them where they got your number from. They have to tell you by law. You can then write to the company and demand to be taken out of their directory- by law they have to do this.

BT can also give you admonition on how to stop this.Also, ask them if you can stop receiving calls from witheld numbers- most sales people use these.

Also go ex-directory and never put your phone integer on surveys and applications for things.

I never get anymore sales calls.
