How do you text a mobile phone in Norway with a UK mobile?

Hello, im stressful to text a norwegian number on my uk phone.
Its monthly and i have unlimited texts and whatnot, its a 3 mobile.
But even if the unshackle texts didn't apply my message should go onto the bill...
example of norwegian number: 91227254
the square code is 0047 i think, so 004791227254.
But i get "Message not delivered to: 004791227254"
Escape is appreciated.
Try using +47 before the company as that is used as standard for international dialing codes and it avoids some of the oddities you get in Mobile networks.
I never had a emotionally upset using orange doing that so if you still have a proble I'd recheck the number.

Hi, does anyone skilled in what I need to add/change to a Dutch mobile phone number which starts with +3 to call it from a UK mobile phone. Thankyou for any answers provided
Hi Thanks for your support but to phone from a UK Mobile Phone a number cannot start with +3 or 3. There must be another number to put infront of that.
A Dutch mobile compute starts with 06, and has 10 digits including those.
If the number starts with +316 it is already in danger of and you do not have to change anything.
Added:
On a mobile phone you can use +, which will work in any country to phone out of the country, and in England most meet also 00.

How can i ring a UK mobile phone which is in Canada from a Canadian pay phone?

I will be my kinsmen in Canada and will need to contact them when i arrive. i was wondering what i needed to do if i wanted to junction a UK mobile phone (which has been enabled to work in Canada) from a Canadian pay phone. Is it the usual 0044 before the number, or something else?
unceasingly a once for google search!! lol!! but am i wrong?
