Can some of you recommend some good applications for my Windows Mobile Pocket PC cell phone?

My apartment phone has Windows Mobile and is a Pocket PC. I would like to download some useful applications for it, but could use some recommendations. I could use an germaneness that provides a nice looking theme (better than the default anyway) and I need recommendations for budgeting app, photo app, and any other fruitful applications for a Pocket PC that are reliable.

Any good suggestions for a Windows Mobile Pocket PC?

I am getting rid of my 7 year old Toshiba Pocket PC, and bothersome to look for a new pocket pc with windows mobile, built in wifi, built in gps, compatibility with at&t, touch shroud, and a full keyboard. The only one I have come across is the HP iPaq 910, which looks like exactly what I'm looking for, but I'm demanding to find something similar for a lower price (of $500 new). Any suggestions?
