T-mobile instant discounts on phones work if I will be using the phone as a pre-paid phone?

I'm planning to get T-Mobile pre-paid and I saw Razors for like $30. Then I saw it should truly be like $150, but with the mail-in rebate and "instant discount" it is $30. If I use the phone for pre-paid, can I still get the knock off, or is it only for people with plans?

Not for prepaid, wireless carriers will never provide the same deals for prepaid, that they do for a 2 yr contract. Think about it, they are getting no guarantee, so why should they lose notes on the phone to start if they have no guarantee you will stay.

I wanted to know if a Boost Mobile Pre-Paid sim card will work on my Motorola SLVR from Cingular?

I have more questions
1) Already dedicated(above)
2) Will any other service work using the sim card from the prepaid phone?
3) Can I transfer my old slew from T-mobile to a pre-paid phone from some carrier such as BoostMobile?

As fancy as the SLVR from Cingular is unlocked it should work, the other services might not work like photograph messaging, web browsing, and downloads though. If you Call boost mobile they should be able to give you the information to get those services working though.

I'm not safe on the number port.

How do i record music off of my mic? Im using a M-audio Mobile pre Interface?

I Have connected my m audio mobile pre interface to my comuter via usb, but i cant find a way to advised my voice, or when i plug in my guitar i cant hear anything. Can you tell me what to do so i can record my voice?

First, pigtail some headphones into the jack on the front and see if you hear the guitar and mic. If not, there is a problem with the interface. If you do hear good, the problem is with your software. You need to select the m-audio as your recording input gubbins in your software.
