T-Com and T-Mobile to consolidate next year

Slovakian binding unflagging contour provider Slovak Telekom (ST) and cellco T-Mobile Slovensko will be merged into a only guests in 2010 as part of a wider tactics by their German guardian Deutsche Telekom (DT) to consolidate its wireline and wireless businesses. The move has already received resident shareholder approbation, and primary preparation for the consolidation is expected to inaugurate in time. T-Com, the prime maker name of ST, will be retained, as will the T-Mobile name. The mobile portion is currently a quite owned subsidiary of ST, itself 51%-owned by DT, with the rest held by the Slovak control.
