I demand to download 'rush' by aly & aj to my mobile phone, but can't find anywhere on the internet to do it. Im in Australia so it needs to work in that domain, and the browser on my phone wont do anything. Please help if you can!! (I have recorded it onto my phone, but its motionless-y, if you know a better way to record, please tell me that too)

I have a virgin mobile phone and i tried websites but none do virgin mobile ringtones

They send you a contents to a link to get the ringtone..
You have to pay the download internet charge if you pay-pre-use the internet.. (.01c kbs for ATT purchaser)
Avg. ringtone is about 150kbs

There's no extra texts sent to your phone unless you sign up for up for them.. ONLY YOUR RINGTONE LINK

So yes the ringtone and site is FREE.. but there is internet charges from your provider if you don't have internet on your phone..

A federal pass sentence has dismissed the music production contention that when a chamber phone’s ringtone begins playing, copyright infraction starts occasion since others can pick up the kerfuffle b evasion, essentially arguing that a mobile phone is a compact concert convention hall. That disagreement meant that millions of mobile phone users were copyright scofflaws anytime anyone called them. The American Brotherhood of Composers, Authors and Publishers, known as ASCAP, was attempting to wring even more royalties from music-lovers, which already pays ringtone royalties when they buy ringtones.  Additionally, ASCAP collects line payments for unrestricted performances of songs from venues as conflicting as a summer encampment and a coliseum.
