Is there a plan to call Russia (mobile) from USA or Russia that provides unlimited minutes?

I need to call Russia mobile(megafon). I can either call from USA or from Russia since i have extensive calls to russia landline, but i need to call russia mobile. Or is there a voip provider that will let me call russia for 1 c/min?

Others such as Enforta also benefit from a sound investment power.”

Maravedis is convinced that the Russian Federation will remain a price-sensitive exchange. Mobile WiMAX needs to offer much lower prices to be competitive, as penetration of usual broadband technologies is rapidly rising (though still at a low level). While demand for broadband services explodes, both serving providers and residential users require low cost CPE ($100 range) before they fully take up WiMAX.
