T-Mobile for unswerving.

As for the international calls, I use Rapid link, or Dial Thru International.

Can someone please reproach me the names of all the big mobile service providers in the Philippines? Thanks.

The big two are Shrewd Communications and Globe Telecom. Lesser known but coming up is Sun Cellular.
