Has anyone had difficulty in getting Cash Back payments from Mobile Shop?

I have a 12 month draw together for my mobile phone with Mobile Shop and I can reclaim 3 months line rental on 4 occasions during the year. In theory, this means that, if I keep my calls and texts under the allotted "unattached" amounts, I can have a year's phone usage completely free of urge.
This is excellent in theory, but they are not keeping to their part of the bargain and the Cash Back is not being paid. I have threatened to take them to the Tight-fisted Claims Court but they are not budging yet. Has anyone been successful in persuading them to pay up?

Stark I have'nt seen this offer but phone them just to be certain that your right about this offer, Too many times its a receptacle of false advertising , read the small print so to speak..If your right then go for their Balls..
