Can windows mobile sync with windows vista?

I rightful purchased a new Moto Q9C for Alltel and it has the new windows mobile 6 on it. I need a program to sync the windows mobile to my PC, but it says vista does not hold up it. Is it impossible to use windows mobile with vista, or am I missing out on something?

And if they aren't compatible, how do I sync it at all?

Is anyone having problems using Mobile Sync on the Sprint website with the Samsung Instinct?

I have all my contacts online on the Sprint Mobile Sync website. However, if I finish out a change on the website it will not sync to my phone, and vice versa. The only thing that works is if I add a NEW telephone to the website. Sprint has no clue what the problem is. Anyone else having this problem?

I utilized to use active sync with no problems. now we have the Windows Mobile Device Centre and Sync centre which tells me it has synchronised when i bung my PDA in (O2 Orbit) but my calender appointments and contacts are not transferred. Any ideas?
