Mobile broadband - faster torrent dowloads - Is it possible?

Hi! I have a mobile broadband saddle with which i use for my desktop which is running XP and wondered if there was a way to configure my Bullguard firewall to allow faster torrent downloads without beginning my PC up to internet attacks. Massive thanks in advance for any help and advice

you can't scramble up torrent downloads really as they are peer to peer downloads. Peer to peer means that someone gets a parcel of the download and someone else gets another portion of it and so on. So really the more people downloading it the faster it downloads

Mobile brodband - painfully slow torrent downloads?

I am using T-Mobile mobile broadband and get typical broadband speeds when downloading files direct from a server, however when I try and download torrents, they are transferring at speeds like 0.2k a understudy even with plenty of seeds. I know its not the pc or torrent client (uTorrent) as I used this with regular broadband from Virgin and it worked comminuted. Can anyone tell me why it is just torrents that wont download please?
