Can I get Microsoft Office Access (2007) on a smartphone?

I am wise Pocket Office on smart phones comes with Word, Excel, Opinion, Powerpoint and OneNote.
But is it possible to get Microsoft Access, preferably version 2007, on a phone?
I am looking at purchasing a HTC Equal HD phone when released. It runs on Windows Mobile 6.1, if that helps.
