You be aware on orange (pay-as-you-go) you get animal packages.

well, when i top up, i get 300 free texts, does this also mean i have unbidden facebook acceess, cos someone said i do?

Where can I buy prepaid sim prankster from Orange Mobile when I travel in Paris France? Do they have any distribution shops and stores in the airport?

Do they grass on any 3G or Internet access card in those shops?

if yu appetite to buy a prepaid sim card, you can buy it in any Orane store, or most of tabac / press stores (well-founded look if there is an Orange Mobile sticker on the door).

if you want an internet access card you do have to go to an Orange preserve

Why does Orange mobile phone company not tell its customers when it has a major fault?

Why does Orange Mobile Phone Train not tell its customers when a "cell" is not working and we don't know when it will be unalterable. The web site does not let you know. I think it is irresponsible of them. Its 2 days now without coverage in my region! Shocking.

It's not in effect viable to proactively tell customers in a cell when it is down as people are using mobile phones and will move around and into numerous cells.

If you call customer services and report a coverage issue they should be able to discontinuation the masts in your area. Orange should also know when there is a problem with a mast before any customers call in.

One thing to note is that masts often cannot be rigid immediately for reasons outside Orange's control. Examples would be: Power cables or texture cables cut by a third party, vandalisim or fire where the police have become involved. Pirate radio stations and "Travellers" on the install. It may not be down to Orange at all.

However, I think you'll find all phone networks including the landline ones are the same. They are not legally required to tell you of an issue.
