i shortage ring tones that don't go on your bill and websites that don't ask for ur cell phone number. and if they're free.

Hey,

Download a program like AudioGizmo or Wavepad where you can gauge your own ringtones, and add them to your phone via Bluetooth, Email, or USB.

Thats what i do.

I can download release ring-tones to the samsung rogue but I don't know how to make it a ring-tone because it doesn't give me a choice. Please ease me with steps or something.
