How much would Skype mobile cost without a data plan?

I was lawful wondering how much Skype mobile could cost in the long run without a data plan. Do voice-only conversations use a lot of bandwidth?

I'm looking around at a number of cell phone plans and I noticed that if i get a data-only plan for a blackberry for t-mobile, and a skype account with a online legions and such, it only costs slightly more than a standard voice plan. What I'm wondering though is if the call quality suffers from this. Have any of you reach-me-down the skype mobile application? How's the call quality? Would you recommend it?

I've been looking at the "3 Skypephone", and I wanted to be 100 percent secure that I could use Skype on the mobile, access my account and make international calls, does anybody have it already and can blow the whistle on me how it works out?
