i have an htc interfere with and i've already tried the spb mobile shell for 15 days. after such time, the program was already asking me for a serial key. is there any way i could download the full model of the program? or at least have the serial key so that i could access it.

I submitted a maintain ticket to the guys over at spb with the same question a week ago - 5 days later - this was their enjoin response:

"HTC Touch Pro 2 is a new device that is why it is not in list. SPB Mobile Shell supports Windows Mobile 5.0, 6.0, 6.1. If you use one of this WM view SPB Mobile Shell will work correctly on your device."

I'm impressed with spb, but 5 days to pity to a simple pre-sales question? How long would it take if it were an actual support issue?
