I desire to get true tones but don't want to have to get on my phone's internet. I really don't want to register either but if I have to I have to. I want them to send it to my phone.

some phones can do it with the observations cable and a program. Like motorola uses motorola phone tools

Yes. Nowadays most phones have polyphonic and also true tones. The conversion is polyphonic sounds like a midi or no one's singing or a music was not played with a true gizmo. While truetones sounds like the mp3's that you are listening, people singing or the songs from the disc.

True tones is the same emotional attachment as Mp3 for the most part- they actually sound like the real song
Polyphonic ringtones yell out vituperate like someone made them on there keyboard at home.
If your gonna get a ringtone thats a song get the true or MP3
