Ive been dispiriting to watch youtube videos on my phone which hs windows mobile 5 but the problem is that when i go on youtube and click on a video it tells me that i can see the video.
Once it played the sensible but not the picture and it happened ounce out of about 25 is there any software on my phone i should download since my phone is a pda as well?

you will requirement to download the pluggins to allow your phone to 1) download the youtube video and 2) treatment the file directly from your pda.
