I am tried both admin and non admin status! I restarted several times!

I am uninterrupted Visual C# Express Edition and I haven't had that toolbar problem. I suggest rebooting your computer and try ceaseless VS in administrator mode or maybe changing the compatibility mode.

P.S. I am not a whopping fan of my WinMo 5 phone :P.
