Is high FPS video recording possible on a Windows Mobile device?

Is high FPS video recording tenable through the use of different software on a Windows Mobile device?

Or is this limited by the camera on the device itself?

It's restricted firstly by the camera on the device itself, my 2.0Mp one on my HTC s710 doesn't have the quickest framerate because of this. It's also minimal by the speed of the processor.

Is it possible? I guess it would be if you could get one with a decent camera/processor combine.

Are Windows Mobile Device Center and Windows Vista compatible with Outlook 2003?

I have a new HP Pavilion laptop with Windows Vista Retirement community Premium. I downloaded Windows Mobile Device Center so I could sync the my contacts list and calendar on my Samsung BlackJack with Prospect 2003. It will sync my contact, but not my email, tax list or calendar. Outlook keeps crashing and the sync treat will not complete.

Angle 2003 is compatible with Vista, but the older Mobile Device Center is not.

Windows Mobile Device Center overview

This is Windows Vista's WMDC. Justified an introduction. That's all!
