When windows mobile 6.5 comes out, will it be free? or will i have to buy it like computer windows?

I have a windows mobile 5.0 and all the websites I go to for softwares, I have to buy the softwares.

Try www.getjar.com and www.freewareppc.com. There should be some freeware there and passive gems that are better than versions you have to buy.
