My apartment phone has Windows Mobile and is a Pocket PC. I would like to download some useful applications for it, but could use some recommendations. I could use an application that provides a complicated looking theme (better than the default anyway) and I need recommendations for budgeting app, photo app, and any other functional applications for a Pocket PC that are reliable.
